BOFEST Concert Benefits A Kid's Place

Cam Mashburn was the guest speaker at the August 28, 2009 meeting of the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club. Mashburn is the organizer of the BOFEST Concert, a child abuse awareness concert, to be held at the Old Crockett Theatre on October 17. The proceeds from BOFEST will benefit A Kid's Place, the child abuse advocacy center located on Deller Street in Lawrenceburg.
Headlining the concert will be Miles Kennedy, a member of the group Alterbridge. Also appearing at BOFEST will be local artists Matt Roy and Luke Duncan. Tickets are $15.00 in advance and $20.00 at the door. For more information about BOFEST, go to www.bomusicfest.com.
