Chamber President Addresses Rotary Club

Chad Chancellor, Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce CEO, was the guest speaker at the August 14, 2009 meeting of the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club. Chancellor told the club the Chamber has been in contact over the past few weeks with several good prospects looking to relocate to Lawrence County. The signage for the Team Lawrence Commerce Park, the industrail park north of Lawrenceburg on U. S. Highway 43, has been completed and the site is nearing completion.
Chancellor said industrial recruitment has become even more competitive in the current economic climate but Lawrence County has two factors working in its favor: a tremendous workforce and inter-governmental teamwork .
