Rotary Club Makes Donation to Coffman Backpack Program

The Lawrenceburg Rotary Club made a donation of $1,750.00 to E.O. Coffman Middle School's Backpack Program at its July 23, 2010 meeting. Stuart Chandler, Chairman of the Golf Scramble for Humanity committee, and Co-Chairman Cory Cowherd presented the check to Carol Beasley, Coffman Faculty member. The Rotary Club raised the funds at its Golf Scramble at Dixie Oaks Golf and Country Club in May. The Rotary Club would like to thank all the sponsors and participants who made this event the resounding success that it was.
