White Speaks at Rotary Club

    Kerri White, Patient Admission Coordinator for Crockett Hospital Physical Rehabilitation Unit, was the guest speaker at the August 24 meeting of the Lawrenceburg  Rotary Club.  White gave the club an overview of the services provided in the Physical Rehab Unit and the new criteria required for admission to the unit.  She explained that the treatment plan created by the team of specialists in Physical Rehab Unit focuses on the patient's potential, not limitations and uses a progressive approach that addresses their physical, medical, and environmental needs.  Therapy services include:  physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, respiratory therapy, social workers, and 24-hour-on-site rehabilitation nursing care under the direction of a Claire Joseph, M.D., Neurologist. Dr. Joseph is Board Certified by the American Board of Neurology & Psychiatry and is a member of the American Academy of Psychiatry & Neurology, Inc.
