WSMV's Nancy Van Camp Visits Rotary Club

     Channel 4 Pinpoint Weather Meteorologist Nancy Van Camp visited the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club and presented the program for their January 26 meeting.  Nancy began her broadcast career at a West Virginia radio station, where she performed as an on-air personality and advertising copywriter. She later moved to Nashville and attended Middle Tennessee State University where she completed her communication degree with an emphasis in journalism.

     She is now a meteorologist after recently obtaining her degree from Mississippi State University. She currently anchors the weekend weather desk at WSMV. She also reports on the weekday evening newscasts. She has been with WSMV for eight years.

     Chamber of Commerce President Randy Brewer presented Nancy with a gift basket of Lawrence County products and an official David Crockett coonskin cap.
