Rotary Club Presents Veteran's Day Program

In honor of Veteran's Day, Rotarian Neal Beard presented a special program saluting our Veterans at the November 9, 2007 meeting of the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club. The highlight of the program was a moving video recollection made by the late Bill Allen as a present to his son Rotarian David Allen about his early years growing up in Giles County, his marriage to Miss Evelyn, his service career in World War II, his injury at the Battle of Okinawa, and his subsequent recovery.
